His current project has led him to making jump rings for chainmaille.

I use deflection coiling to make my coils. This process allows me to make almost any size of ring in any size of wire with no spring back.
Right now, all jump ring ODs are within +/-0.01 of an inch or +/-0.25 mm of the size stated in the description.
This will get better as I refine my machine and process for making the coils.
All rings are cut using a 0.008 jewellers slitting saw
